David dedicated his life to serving others, recently retiring from 21 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. David grew up working on his parents’ rental properties in central Florida. Moving numerous times in the United States and Japan, he saw the variety of homes, the differences in construction, and what makes a house a great place to live.
